Centurion TPM capitalizes your TPM investment by providing an overlay application that optimizes, coordinates and automates the various components of your institution’s TPM program.

2) A Centralized Risk Nerve Hub (i.e., Centurion Station). 

Staffed By MCE’s Experienced, Highly Trained Risk Experts (called Centurions).

3) Automated Real Time Dashboard.

The Centurion Dashboard is automatically updated whenever a risk rating is entered into the Centurion system. Only Centurions can enter or edit data in this system. Changes made in the bank’s system to Supplier Risk Ratings are automatically alerted to Centurion Station so a Centurion can review and risk rate it for the Centurion dashboard. (See #4 below) Ratings are calculated as: Raw Rating x Weight x Bank’s Risk Appetite.

Centurions objectively review and risk rate every TPM artifact relating to a Third Party Relationship. They also provide a

second line of defense for the institution by reviewing and risk rating all of its rated TPM components.
